I imported the car from norcal this summer and it has some issues that needs fixing. Mostly small stuff...I hope.
Im not a mechanic and I knew nothing about cars before I started on this(or very little) so noob questions will be plenty.

Mods as per seller:
1. Evo 3 hotside and manifold.
2. SS fuel lines and Clutch line
3. Megan tubular O2 and 3" downpipe/exhaust.(its stock exhaust, no 3' only downpipe.)
4. Modified ECU with Ostrich for SD setup.
5. IAT sensor and 3bar gm Map.
6. FIC80(860cc) injectors.
7. Fresh rebuilt 1G trans.
8. Upgrade 1g shifter setup w/ Symbroski bushings.
9. The front end is full Energy Suspension bushings.
10. Upgraded big brake mod up front
11. Has brand new G2 struts in the fronts and AGXs in the rear.
12. 255 fuel pump.
13. Previous seller should have done rebuild on engine.

Included in sale should be:
1. ACT2600 Clutch new.
2. GR2 for the rear, New.
3. Stock ECU (fresh rebuild) (havent found that 1, seems missing)

Done before shipping:
1. New clearcoat on entire car. Done

Needs doing now:
1. Needs I/C installed, had a hotpipe that didnt come with the car. Need stock I/C installed. Have parts. Done
2. Battery is dead, New Odyssey PC680MJ have been ordered.
3. Manual windows in front doors, power windows need to be installed. Done
4. 1 headlight have broken some plastic on the ajusters on the back. Installing EDM headlights, need adaptors for H4, plugs ordered.
5. all interior trim(plastics) is removed. Need it all installed again. Have parts.
6. Carpet and rooflining missing as well, have pieces, needs installed.
7. 3' downpipe, 2' catback(stock) cat missing. Need cat and reducer installed. 3' cat + reducer ordered from Tunersnation.
8. A/C installed again. Have parts.
9. Backseat top is dried out and ripped. Need another backseattop.
10. Washer resevoir+motor missing. Needs installing, Have part. Done
11. Both foglights cracked. Need new ones.
12. Front blinkers missing, part bought.

When all this is done and its running its time to make sure everything is in order and do maintaining.

Future plans:
1. Bigger I/C
2. Mishimoto Alu Radiator installed. Have part. Done
3. ACT2600 Clutch installed. Have part.

Ok I dont really have any opdates on the car, still waiting for my parts.(H4 connectors, 3' Cat, Cooling and Vac lines, FMIC)

So figured I would say a little about myself and my skilllevel in fixing cars, That way you can be more friendly on your comments because you know I have no skill, so anything is good by my standards and I will often take different roads than you would.

Until 2 years ago I have never done any work on a car except changing Oil. Im a computer tech with no knowledge on cars or how they work. Then I got a mitsu and fell into the mitsu crowd and got hooked.
I decided if I wanted to learn it all I wanted it to be a car worthwhile, so I imported the GVR4 from norcal, after surfing this forum for ½ a year.
Until then I had no knowledge on how a turbo works or what a boostcontroller was ect ect. and many things I still dont know or fully get yet. But hey, learning by doing.
I cant weld or fabricate things so often I will find other solutions where you would just go out back and weld a new turbo. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Also danish law make it so you are not allowed to do anything not factory to a car, so you dont find many people with car fabrication skills like you do in US, which means custom work cost a fortune.

bear that in mind when you see what I do before shooting me down, that being said if you really feel like shooting down then do it, I can handle it, I just dont learn anything from a shootdown so I will just ignore it.
When the car is nice I will learn to weld, but not until that. :p

Some small updates.

Radiator installed
Catchcan Installed
All new vacuumlines installed
New Battery installed(waiting on the hold down for it still)
Fixed the hacked MAF plug and got a new SD cable.
Another valvecover on, did it as a rattlecan job, turned out ok I think.
Started painting the interior plastic black, takes time though to do properly, there is a pic of the middleconsole and dome lights done.

So the closest I found to my number is you..... and you had it shipped to Denmark, we will never meet up and be "brothers" now. Thankfully I had some parts from 1309 to give up for 1302

The MAF plug had been hacked up for SD setup. I returned it to Stock and bought a SD cable for a cleaner install and ability to go back to a MAF.

Dash is not hard at all to remove and there's a great writeup available. I wouldn't hesitate to pull it out to refinish.

Just a couple of looks on the rear door in grey and in the new painted black.
Notice I put in the Evo seats as well. not mounted yet though.
The seats actually look a lot darker than they do on the pictures.

Before paint

After paint

I havent decided yet if I wanna paint the carpet strip at the bottom of the doors black as well, will leave the middle patch alone though.

a few updates on interior mostly.
There are some before/after pictures so you can compare.
Using flash on camera does make carpeting look greyish, but it does look and is black in normal lighting. I did some without the flash so you can see it, they are not the sharpest though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Also got the intercooler mounted, working on piping atm.
I painted the resevoirs for wiperwasher and coolant tanks.
Looks a lot better than the white/clear look that did look 20 years old.
Enjoy

Some might remember, some might not, but back in 2012 my engine died a horrible death.
Likely because of lack of oilpressure, not sure on that account(but discovered later the wire for it was broken)

Read about it here: click

Anyway, when I finally had the money for this, Peter de Nully and his son took it apart. The shortblock was kinda fried, and the crank. Some of the bearings had deffo spun, actually overlapping. :p

The head was fine though.
Finding another shortblock/crank ect. in EU is very close to impossible. but the owner of this car: click went and broke 2 timing belts in a row, breaking his wallet as well. His head was trash but the shortblock was fine. I bought his engine and the car is no more.

Anyway. My engine is now in the car again and its running fine. I can now start on getting the car in shape again(she needs it)
